For starters, it has a long-lasting battery which bodes well if you have a busy lifestyle. Chances are, if you’re always busy and on the go a lot, you have less time to think about the little things, such as charging your devices. That’s not to say it’s not entirely possible to remember these small details, but it is certainly a lot easier to forget them if you’re constantly moving. So if you’re looking for a fitness tracker that won’t break the bank, then Amazfit is usually one of the best options. The Helio ring is available for $199.99 at full retail, although right now Amazon has it for $169.99. Either way, it fits in right under $200.

So if you want a decent smart ring that comes in under this price point, this is it. Like the Amazfit Band 7, the Helio ring will connect to your phone using the Zepp app. From there, you can view all the insights that the ring picks up while you wear it. Since this doesn’t have a display, this is the type of tracker you want to go for if you just want to track more basic health and fitness data. Some people aren’t concerned with having another screen on their wrist and in this case, the Helio ring is perfect.

It’ll still track a variety of health and fitness metrics, and when you need or want to view those metrics, you just open the Zepp app on your phone. Easy peasy. In terms of what this ring tracks, it can track sleep, steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen. If you’re using an iPhone it can also track heart rate variability. Additionally, the Helio ring can track other fitness data like VO2 Max.
